TRUMP'S UKRAINE DEFENCE BOOST

DONALD Trump said the US will send vital Patriot air defence systems to Ukraine after days of bombardment by Russia.
The president said: “We're going to be sending Patriots to Nato, and then Nato will distribute that.”
He also claimed a new deal will see Nato reimburse the cost. It follows a call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, who this week urgently requested an air defence boost amid soaring missile and drone strikes.
