Suspects aged 16 and 15 accused of killing youth from Eritrea in street One charged with earlier threats to victim and trying to hide evidence
-
TWO teenagers are to stand trial after being charged with the murder of a boy aged 15.
The pair, aged 16 and 15, are accused of attacking Amen Teklay in St George's Cross, Glasgow, on March 5.
Prosecutors claim the boys, who cannot be identified because of their age, were masked and brandished a sword and frying pan at Amen.
It is said the teen - who lived with his dad and was from Eritrea - was chased. The charge states that he was struck with the sword and died in Clarendon Street.
