Becks to earn nearly £300m over 20 years from exclusive new scent deal

DAVID Beckham is set to earn nearly £300million from a huge new scent deal, proving the bust-up with Brooklyn has done nothing to dent the family brand.

The former England captain, 50, has inked a 20-year contract that insiders say is worth £14.6million a year, a total of £292million.

An inside source said: “Brand Beckham is well and truly booming.

“The fact this is over 20 years shows just how much confidence there is in the brand, and how it will only go from strength to strength.”

Becks has turned over more than $1billion in sales with his fragrance over the past 20 years.

His exclusive agreement with Inter-parfums, Inc was struck by Authentic Brands Group, the US-based intellectual property giant which manages his name worldwide and in which he has shares.
