THE MAN (1.50) stands to give Richard Spencer another big win in the HKJC World Pool Handicap.
The three-year-old looked a smart prospect when routing Storm Call on debut at Southwell in April of last year, only to bea disappointing 12th in the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot.
His reputation took another knock when he flopped in the Molecomb at Goodwood come July.
The gelding was sent for wind surgery after another lacklustre run here 12 months ago. That proved a wise choice when the sprinter bolted up from Loom at York in May.
