Mansion staff claim he abused them
VETERAN Spanish singer Julio Iglesias has been accused of sexually assaulting two former workers at his Caribbean mansions.
The women claimed they were targeted while working as live-in staff. One was a cleaner and the other a physical therapist.
They allege the sexual abuse occurred in 2021 at the 82-year-old’s mansions in the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. The claims follow a three-year investigation by online news outlet elDiario.es and US Spanish-language network Univision.
ElDiario.es claims the two women sought legal advice and were referred to an international human rights organisation.
