Shock 'neglect' of care home residents

RESIDENTS at one of Scotland's largest care homes were left crying for help and terrified, a shocking undercover probe found.

Described as a luxury facility, Castlehill Care Home in Inverness costs up to £1800 per week.

It has been branded "cruel" and "neglectful" by families after a BBC Disclosure journalist posed as a cleaner for seven weeks. They saw residents with dementia left sitting in wet clothes or lying in soiled bedsheets for hours.
