Sex offence report's 200 suggestions

ALMOST 200 recommendations have been made as part of a review of how prosecutors deal with sexual offences.
Lord Advocate Dorothy Bain KC commissioned the study, saying it would build “a system which recognises, respects and responds to the needs of victims”.
