IN the 90s it was feared that a serial killer was stalking the streets of Glasgow.

In reality the murders were the work of different men - but the police just couldn't prove it.

Diane Mcinally, then 23, was found in undergrowth in the grounds of Pollok Park, next to the Burrell Collection, in October 1991.

She had been beaten so badly that her facial features were unrecognisable. In early 1992, two men were charged with Diane's murder but later released and neither ever stood trial.
