Sarwar: We won't let Nats' budget fall

THE SNP pre-election budget is set to pass after Scottish Labour signalled it would abstain.

Party leader Anas Sarwar said the budget will not fall - all but making sure the tax and spending plans will become law.

With SNP First Minister John Swinney leading a minority government, he needs the cooperation of another mainstream party for his budget to be pushed through.
