Power plant damaged by Russia strike

A RUSSIAN attack has seriously damaged one of Ukraine' thermal power plants as winter looms.
Two workers were injured, according to DTEK, Ukraine's biggest electricity operator.
It gave no further details of the attack, or the location of the plant.
