Peggie to appeal tribunal rulings

NURSE Sandie Peggie's legal team last night confirmed they will appeal an employment tribunal ruling, as well as two corrected versions of it.

In a statement reported by the BBC, Ms Peggie's team said the appeal covers the original ruling, which upheld her claim of harassment against NHS Fife but dismissed allegations that she had made of discrimination, indirect discrimination and victimisation.
