NEW Rangers chief executive Jim Gillespie has vowed to set standards off the pitch to ensure success on it at Ibrox.

Now they've turned to Gillespie - a lifelong Gers fan who doubled up as an award-winning chief executive of the Kibble charity during his stint in Paisley.
