Missing grate on crane cab led to rig worker's death

A NORTH Sea oil worker plunged 80ft to his death through the floor of a crane cab after a grate was removed.
FATAL FALL Lee Hulse
Young dad Lee Hulse, 32, was working in the Port Aft crane of the Valaris 121 Drill Rig, 140 miles off the coast of Aberdeen, when the tragedy unfolded in November last year.
