McLaren clinch team title but tension ramps up

LANDO NORRIS insisted he did “nothing wrong” after being accused by Oscar Piastri of a “s***” job of avoiding their McLarens colliding in Singapore.

Mercedes’ George Russell put in a flawless race from pole to land his second victory of the season.

But Norris’ rivalry with teammate Piastri was the talking point on the day McLaren sealed the constructors’ championship after they banged wheels on lap one.

Norris was half a car's length alongside the Aussie at turn two before he launched his move at the following left corner.

Norris tagged the back of Max Verstappen's Red Bull and the contact sent him into Piastri then ahead of his teammate.
