McINNES: WE NEED TO HAVE COURAGE

DEREK McINNES has told his Hearts players they need to become fearless risk-takers in order to be successful.

That was after watching his team find themselves 3-0 down to a classy Motherwell side before fighting back to earn a point at Tynecastle.

McInnes admitted after last weekend's game he needed his players to be committed to the high-intensity tactics he wants from them.

And with the Gorgie outfit heading to Livingston tomorrow, the Jambos gaffer wants his team to show more courage on and offthe ball.

He said: “I think there's times to play with a bit of calmness, control and authority but I'd like to be that when we're winning games.
