'We're fed up with sorrys,' say Katie parents
THE Justice Secretary has promised "lasting change" following the deaths of two young people who took their lives while in custody.
The families of Katie Allan, 21, and William Brown, 16 who died within months of each other at Polmont Young Offenders Institution were watching in Holyrood as Angela Constance said she expects work to be "delivered at pace" following a fatal accident inquiry into their deaths.
