GRAY:OLD FIRM NOISE WON'T DISTRACT US
October 29, 2025
|Daily Record
DAVID GRAY wants Hibs to keep going quietly about their business as the "noise" of a bonkers season gets louder.
Hibs go into tonight's visit of Rangers just three points adrift of secondplace Celtic who trail leaders Hearts by eight.
Brendan Rodgers' exit at Parkhead just weeks after Russell Martin was dismissed at Rangers has added to the drama surrounding the campaign as the Old Firm come under intense pressure.
But Gray insists that the upheaval in Glasgow has not changed his objectives
He said: “There's been a lot of noise around the Old Firm and everything that comes with that, so nothing surprises me on that front.
“It’s something that directly doesn't affect us and what we're doing.
“My full focus has been all about Rangers at the moment.
“Rangers and Celtic have been the dominant force in Scotland for a long time but they're always games you're expected to go and put up a fight and try to win.
