But the the curse which hit fellow 21-year-old Barney Stewart had shades of a blessing for him - because it sped up diagnosis of the same issue. Yeats yesterday capped six successive starts with a contract extension - in the same week as Stewart signed his - which will keep the midfielder at Falkirk until 2028.
