She's spared jail but ordered not to contact man after sleazy acts

A CARE worker who engaged in sexual activity with a vulnerable man has been spared jail and banned from contacting him for 10 years.

Megan Neilson, 28, was appointed to support the 29-year-old who suffers from cerebral palsy and has a learning disability.

The pair struck up a close bond which led to them declaring they loved each other. Neilson repeatedly kissed and cuddled him during trips to a bowling alley and at Strathclyde Park, Lanarkshire.

She also performed a sex act on him in a car at the Falkirk Wheel.

Their improper relationship came to light after they appeared hand-in-hand at his dad’s house and told him they were together.
