4 years for monster who raped teenagers

A SEX offender who raped two teenagers on the same night has been jailed for a minimum of four years.
Edinburgh High Court heard that 35-year-old Raymond, or Ota, Nyiam targeted the teens after meeting them at a club in the capital in 2019.
Nyiam took them to a flat, where he raped the girls, who were either asleep or unconscious due to the effects of alcohol.
