BELIEVE The Storm has hit the bar on his last two starts but the second division of the Unibet More Extra Place Races Handicap gives him a perfect opportunity of victory at Kempton.
Hailing from the family of Derby winner Pour Moi, Believe The Storm made a winning debut over seven furlongs at Wolverhampton in December but came unstuck at that same distance when conceding 16lb in novice company next time out.
Beaten a length and a quarter, Charlie Fellowes’ charge was not disgraced and built on that again when edged out by a head off a debut mark of 83 when stepped up to a mile at Yarmouth.
Back on the all-weather off just 3lb higher, Believe The Storm should be very firmly in the mix once again.
Racingbreaks Ryder can strike in the first division for Charlie Hills.
