Moyes says attracting players is a problem

EVERTON manager David Moyes has money available for this transfer window but is struggling to spend it as the lack of European football is proving a barrier.

So far the club have spent £75million on six players, and while the loan signing of Manchester City winger Jack Grealish is the most high-profile, Moyes is finding it tough to bolster a squad which saw seven first-teamers depart in the summer.
