ENBIGH Farmers Market was first introduced in Nov 2023 to give customers an opportunity to come and support a number of local producers and small businesses in one place.

The Free from Gluten Company

The market is open from 9am to noon on the first Saturday of each month at Colomendy Industrial Estate in Denbigh. It’s quite easy to find as you will see a large crowd of people gathering outside the unit with quite a few cars parked on the side of the road.

The quality of the local produce on offer looked amazing and is produced by many who have won awards. Here, you will find jams, cakes, pies, vegetables, gin, bread, cheese, organic meat, micro greens and even flowers.

Stalls include the Vale Grocer with organic seasonal and local veg, Pen Y Lan pork who offer sausages without the unsavory parts. Local cider from Cae Main orchards, Mewn Picil who offer a range of jam and chutneys and the Menai seafood company amongst many others.

The Free from Gluten Company offer a range of cakes, bakes, tarts and savory items, which are vegan and nearly always sell out. The puddings and ready meals are all made in a dedicated gluten free vegan unit, based in Nercwys, Flintshire.
