WALES scrum-half Tomos Williams has revealed what he wants to see in the next Wales head coach as a new frontrunner for the job has emerged.
Williams played in all five matches in this year's Six Nations as Wales extended their losing run to 17 Tests.
It is understood that Steve Tandy is now the leading candidate to take on the head coach job for the national team.
