Plans submitted for former town centre Costa cafe

PLANS have been submitted for a former Costa coffee site in North Wales.

In the summer of last year it was announced that two Costa sites were closing in the region.
‘These were in Ruthin and at the Bay View shopping centre in Colwyn Bay. A sign in the Ruthin cafe said staffwere ‘heartbroken’ to announce it was closing.
‘There was a mixed reaction locally. Many said they would miss Costa in their town and also expressed sympathy for the local staff affected.
