WALES First Minister Eluned Morgan called for a “new chapter for devolution” ina major speech delivered yesterday.

In her address at the Institute for Government in London, the First Minister argued Wales must receive a “fair share” of UK funding to drive innovation and infrastructure, including in rail, research and investment.

Central to her proposal is the creation of a new independent adjudicator to oversee financial fairness between the four nations, ensuring that Wales automatically receives its rightful share of UK resources.
