AE cyn-fyfyrwyr o Goleg Llandrillo, Dean Raymond a Kazia Cannon, wedi cael eu henwi'n 'Consurwyr Llwyfan y Flwyddyn' gan yr International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM).

Dawn i greu hud a lledrith

Gan berfformio fel Raymond a Cannon, fe ddaethon nhw i'r brig mewn cystadleuaeth gyda chystadleuwyr o bob cwr o'r DU i ennill y wobr fawreddog yng nghynhadledd y British Ring Magic IBM. Enillodd Dean hefyd Dlws Rovi am hud agos gyda chardiau.

Astudiodd Dean, o Landudno, a Kazia, o Dolgarrog, y Celfyddydau Perfformio ar gampws y coleg yn Llandrillo-yn-Rhos o 2014 i 2016.

Daeth y ddau yn ôl at ei gilydd ar ôl bod yn y brifysgol gan ddatblygu eu sioe hud a lledrith. Maent wedi ddychwelyd i'r DU yn ddiweddar ar ôl treulio tymor yn perfformio yn House of Illusion byd-enwog Sbaen.

Yn gynharach y mis hwn fe wnaethon nhw hefyd ymddangos ar lwyfan y West End yn Llundain am y tro cyntaf, gyda mwy o sioeau wedi'u trefnu yn dilyn eu cydnabyddiaeth ddiweddar.

"Mae'n wobr fawreddog iawn," meddai Kazia pan ddaeth yn ôl i'r coleg i gynnal dosbarth meistr sgiliau syrcas i fyfyrwyr presennol.

"Rydyn ni wedi gweithio'n galed iawn amdano. Fe wnaethon ni gystadlu ochr yn ochr â llawer o gonsuriwyr eraill a chawsom farciau ar bethau fel cyflwyniad, sgil a pherfformiad. Felly, mae dod yn gyntaf yn gamp a hanner.
