Datgelwyd y newyddion cyflogaeth cadarnhaol yn ystod ymweliad ag Ifor Williams Trailers gan arweinydd Plaid Cymru Rhun ap Iorwerth AS a ddisgrifiodd y cwmni fel esiampl gwych i fusnesau eraill yng Nghymru.

Bydd hyd at 30 o ymgeiswyr yn cael eu dewis i gymryd rhan yn y Rhaglen Haf yn y cwmni teuluol - sydd â phum safle yng Nglannau Dyfrdwy a Sir Ddinbych - ac yn derbyn tål o £380 yr wythnos.

Yn ôl y cwmni, byddai'r rhaglen wyth i 12 wythnos yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer myfyrwyr, graddedigion a phobl sy'n chwilio am brofiad gwaith, naill ai ar y llinell gynhyrchu neu mewn rolau swyddfa.

Bydd cyfranogwyr sy'n cyflawni presenoldeb o gant y cant ac yn gweithio i safon uchel drwy gydol y rhaglen yn derbyn bonws o £250.

Cafodd Mr ap Iorwerth ac AS Plaid Cymru dros Ogledd Cymru, Llyr Gruffydd, eu tywys o amgylch ffatri Sandycroft y cwmni, sy'n gwneud trelars da byw.

Yn ystod yr ymweliad, fe wnaeth y ddau gyfarfod â sawl gweithiwr graddedig o Raglenni Haf blaenorol sydd ers hynny wedi sicrhau swyddi parhaol gyda'r cwmni.

Clywsant hefyd fod y cwmni yn gobeithio recriwtio rhwng 50 a 60 o bobl ar gyfer amrywiaeth o swyddi ar draws ei bum safle o ganlyniad i'r nifer fawr o archebion y mae'r cwmni wedi'u derbyn.
