THE relief around Old Trafford was obvious when Matheus Cunha opened the scoring for United against Brighton.

Not only had they made their dominance count but Cunha had broken his duck.
The Brazilian did well to open his body up and slot the ball out of the reach of Bart Verbruggen.
Cunha continued to play an important role for United in the victory and deservedly mopped up the plaudits, even if his teammate Bryan Mbeumo stole the back pages.
It was only after the match though that Cunha proved why he was the perfect signing for United.
