Bottled water station set up after mains burst

A bottled water station was set up in Flintshire after a burst water main affected supplies in the county.

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water confirmed the incident on Saturday morning.

Water supplies to some properties were affected in the communities of Flint, Holywell, Ffynnongroyw, Greenfield, Llanerch y Mor, Mostyn, Oakenholt, Talacre, Whitford and Mancot.

The company said the burst was first reported on Friday.

A Dŵr Cymru spokesperson said: "Our crews have been working overnight and the burst is now repaired.
