Transform plain blankets and throws into coveted homewares with this colourful flock of Satin Stitch birds

Apply the iron-on adhesive to the adhesive side of the interfacing. This will create a stronger binding with the fabric, as well as adding more structure to the area and helping to avoid puckering. Peel off the paper backing, lay it over the bird template (interfacing-side up), and transfer the design using a pencil.
