HE'S JAILED FOR 26 MONTHS AS JUDGE CALLS IT'VERY NASTY CASE INDEED'
A man ignored a ban preventing him from contacting his ex before getting into a ‘bear hug’ in the street and then punching her in the face. Adam Clarke, 32, of Ffordd Dawel, Colwyn Bay, admitted ABH and two offences of breaching a restraining order and was sentenced at Mold Crown Court on Friday.
Prosecuting, Amy Edwards, said that at the time of the latest offence, Clarke was subject to two suspended sentences for 14 weeks each, for breaching the restraining order, which had been imposed in January 2022 for five years.
