Toti folk support food donation drive

OPERATION Bobbi Bear received much-needed food donations from the community after a mass ride through parts of Amanzimtoti, on Saturday, tugged at the heartstrings of the community.

Cars, bikes and tow trucks were part of the motorcade that raised awareness and raked in donations.

Bobbi Bear is an organisation that sexually abused children in KZN.

A Toti Community Assist member, Dalene Crawford, conceived the idea for a fundraiser to make people aware of the work Bobbi Bear does daily.

“It was a very successful. I would love to raise awareness everywhere for Bobbi Bear because they do not get government funding,” Crawford said.

Bobbi Bear Director Eureka Olivier said the organisation had 12 children on their property in Amanzimtoti.
