Lerato trades mic for books in surprise varsity enrolment

SOUTH Africa's “Mother” is officially hitting the books.

Multimedia powerhouse Lerato Kganyago has traded the DJ decks and TV cameras, at least momentarily, for lecture rooms at the University of Cape Town.

Earlier this week, the Metro FM DJ posted a glowing photo of herself on the UCT campus.

Looking every bit the chic scholar, Kganyago teased her followers with a playful caption: “Ist day on campus, what do you think I’m studying?”
