WILDCARDS ROCK UP FOR NEW SEASON

JOSH ROCK, Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting and Gerwyn Price have been named as the four wildcards for this year's BetMGM Premier League.

The quartet will join new double world champion Luke Littler, defending champion Luke Humphries (above), Gian van Veen and Michael van Gerwen, who qualify automatically as the top four in the order of merit.

Van Veen, who produced a superb display but lost 7-1 to Littler in last Saturday's World Championship final, and Rock will both make their debuts in the competition.
