Fantasist offered to sell out Shapps
A WANNABE spy who offered personal info about ex-Defence Secretary Grant Shapps was yesterday jailed for seven years.
Howard Phillips was caught intending to help two apparent Russian agents, "Sasha" and "Dima".
The duo were actually undercover British intelligence officers and a jury found Phillips guilty of assisting a foreign intelligence service under the National Security Act.
