THE teacher stabbed while shielding children in the horrific Southport attack is campaigning to get the sharp tip from knives removed.

Brave Leanne Lucas, 36, was leading the Taylor Swift-themed dance class last July when teenager Axel Rudakubana burst in and began stabbing little girls.

She almost died after she was knifed in the neck, back and arms while trying to protect children.

Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Da Silva Aguiar, nine, were all murdered.
