Recycling fee to 'level field' for UK firms

FOREIGN firms flogging electronics in the UK via sites like Amazon and eBay must now report the items they sell, in order to pay towards recycling costs.
UK companies such as Currys, Argos and Tesco already contribute to an Environment Agency fund.
