Tyrant's shifty claim to allies

RUSSIAN leader President Vladimir Putin claims Europe has nothing to fear from Moscow as it has no “aggressive plans”.

It came despite the brutal invasion of Ukraine, repeated missile incursions into neighbouring countries and covert missions against the UK.

But Putin went on to ridicule the idea that Russia might attack Europe during a speech he gave at the security council of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation in Kyrgyzstan.
