PARK FINE 'TRAP'

DRIVERS are being sent penalties of up to £170 over faulty machines run by parking firms, it is claimed.

Campaigner Lynda Eagan branded it a "filthy business" and believes thousands could be victims of dodgy parking charge notices.

She has claimed some machines with "sticky" keys are set up to trap people.
