THE DUCHESS of Sussex's dad is starting rehab after having part of his leg amputated and said: "I have much to celebrate.
Thomas Markle's life was saved by the three-hour operation this month following a blood clot.
The 81-year-old is believed to have received a letter from estranged daughter Meghan, 44, in his Philippines hospital.
