LUKE LITTLER is targeting a fast start against Josh Rock in the Grand Slam quarterfinals tonight to avoid leaving himself with another mountain to climb.
The 18-year-old found himself 5-0 and 6-1 down to Rock when they met in the World Matchplay semifinals in Blackpool in July - only to storm back to win 17-14.
Littler was also trailing 5-2 the last time they faced off on the European Tour in Belgium in August before edging Rock 8-7 in the Flanders Darts Trophy final.
