It's like playing for England in sequins

STRICTLY star Chris Robshaw says he gets the same buzz from dancing as he did playing for England.

The 39-year-old captained the national rugby union side for nearly four years and played 66 internationals in all.

But he says hitting the dancefloor on a Saturday night gives him the same thrill as wearing the Red Rose on his chest.

"I've got the same feeling when I wear sequins as I did wearing an England shirt," he admits.

"I never thought I would say that, but it's true. The adrenaline I feel before going out on the dancefloor is the ultimate dopamine hit. It's the same sort of feeling I used to get before a game."

Chris, who is paired with professional partner Nadiya Bychkova, admits he is a fan of the Strictly spray-tans.
