SIR Chris Hoy is cycling again just 12 weeks after suffering multiple fractures to his leg and knee in the worst crash of his life.

The six-time Olympic champ, who has terminal prostate cancer, has made a remarkable recovery after intensive rehab following his nasty tumble from a mountain bike.

Hoy, 49, who had emergency surgery and left hospital on crutches, said: “It's been a rough ride since. Id no idea how tough others must have had it with similar injuries.
