And the results are clear: we are all dreaming of better rest.

However, whether it's because of our mattress, our mindset, or endless bedtime scrolling, we're being kept up all night... and not in a good way.

We're spending hundreds on remedies, yet over a quarter of us admit to regularly pushing through tiredness just to keep going. And when we're sharing our beds with a partner, over 50% of us admit to regularly having restless nights.
