Dutch star Reijnders, 26, will sign a five-year contract at the Etihad worth £200,000 a week.

Cherki, 21, was part of Lyon's youth academy and has played as an attacking midfielder or winger. He caught the eye against Manchester United in the Europa League in April.

City boss Pep Guardiola targeted Reijnders, on duty for Holland in World Cup qualifiers, as a replacement for Etihad legend Kevin De Bruyne.
