Rhinos win puts huge pressure on their biggest rivals

LEEDS star Jake Connor suffered mixed fortunes on his first return to former club Huddersfield.

The Man of Steel contender, who left Giants last winter, booted two first-half penalties to help nudge his side to a fifth straight Super League win.

But he had Leeds fans worried when he went off with a 50th-minute shoulder injury.

Connor, 30, appeared to be okay when taking his place on the bench.

But Rhinos will be desperate that there's no lasting damage to their star turn as they bid to reach Old Trafford. This latest victory saw Brad Arthur's side draw level with second-placed Wigan and put big pressure on the champions who face a huge derby at St Helens tonight.
