Two workers in manslaughter quiz

TWO ambulance workers have been arrested over the deaths of six adults, police said yesterday.

One man in his 30s was held on suspicion of six counts of gross negligence manslaughter and four counts of ill-treatment or wilful neglect.

A woman, 59, was detained on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.

The arrests happened between 2023 and March this year. Last night, Wiltshire Police said the pair, employed by South Western Ambulance Service, have since been released on bail.
