With 13 years of customer care and service under her belt, Ms. Anuradha Malimage Herath, Founder and Managing Director of Java Lounge, sat down with us to give a detailed appraisal of her experience as an entrepreneur. Recalling her earliest motivations and detailing her current ventures, which keep her inspired and revered as one of the foremost business entrepreneurs.
