Even for the most positive and cheerful person, staying positive in the face of consistent negativity is a difficult task. Criticism, passive-aggressive behaviour and a feel of distrust can put a damper on your positive cheerful, optimistic, and appreciative energy in any situation. In the long run you end up picking up such energies, vindictiveness, irritation and resentment and your life gets affected too.

A popular Chinese saying is, “Ailment of the heart requires medicine of the heart”. Here, the term heart and mind is interchangeable and the saying refers to psychological or mental illnesses and implies that they can be cured by psychological means.

Inner Feng Shui analysis reveals that there are seven human emotions which are joy, anger, anxiety, melancholy, sorrow, fear and fright. These are our responses to external environment and situations and when they are in small doses they do not cause much harm but for a longer period and in larger dosage they cause immense health disorders.
